I just looked on Sky for season 5 and it returned nothing.

Its out and completed in America. Its available online, I was waiting for it to end up on Sky before watching just for ease but no idea when it will return.

Sky are launching a new channel called Sky Comedy in February 2020 and they have decided to air Ballers on there instead of on Sky Atlantic, hence the delay.

Also, this is the final season of the show.

You know when it gets reallocated to a dedicated comedy channel that the thing isn't coming back.

Sad, although i can see it's limited longevity.

It’s generally released in time with the new NFL season. I hadn’t realised it wasn’t on sky this year, I’d caught it all online.
