Basically, is Sony going to snatch away Spider-Man from the MCU, seems crazy considering how they've failed on their own thus far, but Sony have shown stupidity and incompetence for many years now, will Venom give them a bloom that'll propel them on their way?

so this vid talks about the possible plan of sony, which might be taking shape, seemed silly a while back for Sony to make a competing marvelverse, but not if the long play was to have MCU make a beloved spidey and then reclaim him, this would put Holland in a tricky position

this video talks about the set-up of the spider-verse and that Holland has a 4 film MCU deal and a 5 film sony deal....so Sony has an extra film which they could make their own thing....

Perhaps for makeup or score but for best film or actor/actress? Never in a million years unless for some reason the awards go all social justice and decide to falsely recognise non-white movies and actors. Which would be a disaster anyway.

I've not actually seen BP, but is it oscar maetrial?

I recall Heath Ledger won an oscar for his portrayal of Joker, which was pretty impressive, but TDK was more of a solid heavyweight when it comes to comic book films and can stand by other more traditional heavyweight films.

No, it isn’t. I’m an MCU fan, and I like the film. (I even fall into the ethnic group that would have allowed me to pass as an extra in Wakanda.). Micheal B Jordan is very good, and they’ve given his character more depth than most of the MCU villains. But it’s not award winning material. Not even MCU top five.

I think he's OK now, started off horrible, but he's grown into the role, so much so that I started to enjoy him in the role from...not sure, Age of Ultron onwards maybe. Raganrok and Infinity War being rather good.

Maybe someone who has paid more attention than me could answer, but watching IM1 the other day and the terrorist group that Obadiah Stane hired to kill Tony and then get the MK1 armour from the desert were the 10 Rings.
