All series of Justifed have now been added to Prime. If you haven’t seen it then I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a go.

Timothy Olyphant plays a cowboy US Marshall who breaks the rules to get things done and fate brings him back to his routes to deal with his old criminal friends.

If you like crime dramas or westerns then it’s a must see.
Ill have to give that a go as I am just about to finish off The Mentalist.

With added Walton Goggins as the old friend and chief criminal protagonist.

Great shout. This was recommended to me on here following my love of The Shield but I never went to the effort of tracking it down. Now I have no excuse!

He didnt smile once in Deadwood but wouldnt stop smiling in Justified. Overall its probably a bit too long but still worth it.

Loudermilk was good but they dont appear to have put on the second series. That one about the afterlife was good with Fred Armisen

Currently re-watching Black Sails.

Nice to know it ends well biggrin
I want some of the characters killed off just to be rid of their actor's terrible accents and performances. It's a tough watch at times.
Yes, but some nice scenery in places....
Agreed.

Vane just croaked. One down, one to go!
Who can forget the original 'Blackbeard'?

Pistorious

4 part mini series, covering pretty much all aspects of his life, childhood through to olympics through to Valentines Day 2013 and the resulting court case. Pretty shocking what they allowed to show in the court (and in the episodes tbf) and it does show things in an extra light, with the very dodgy policing, interviews and breakdowns. It was a good but sometimes hard watch. Still not sure what to make of it...did he want to do it, did he mean to do it?
Just watched this, very interesting, very well made, great mini series.

Finally got round to watching Battlestar Galactica on Prime.

I remember it when it was first aired (2007?), I missed the first few episodes and when I tried to watch it, I couldn't get into it. The scenes with 6 and the Dr didnt make sense. Anyway I stopped watching it.

I eventually decided to give it another go from the start. It does go abit strange from series 3, but I enjoyed it non the less.

Tempted to watch the entire thing again, loved it when I watched it. It's amazing how many of the actors I now see in other stuff.

Just noticed that Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman's Long War Round is on Amazon Prime.
Even if you are not into bikes this is a great watch. Two guys riding round the world (with backup).

It's the filmic equivalent of McDonald's - but I just enjoyed the new CHiPs film. Puerile, tasteless and predictable but fun

Yeah I’ve watched them a few times since they came out, there’s the long way down also in case anyone hasn’t seen it.

Shame they never did the long way up from south to North America they hinted at.
