Not to be a downer, but it gets pretty rubbish after season 1.

Just spotted that one of my all time favourite films is on Prime now.

If.... (1968) directed by Lindsay Anderson and starring a young Malcolm McDowell. beer

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0063850/
Watched this due to your recommendation.
Really enjoyed it, and the ending wasnt what I would have expected for a film of that era.
I had no idea If.... was on there. My dad wrote it... smile
This deserves far more “fking hell, that’s awesome!”
Thanks smile

Thanks to your description I've started watching Patriot....

You're spot on....and it is brilliant thumbup
I think naming it Patriot was a bit of an error, people have a preconception if what it might be about. I know I did, but saw a clip where John said “if you keep following me I’m going to stab you in the thigh” - that appealed to my sense of humour and I’m so glad I watched it, possibly my favourite series of all time
I don't think I've ever seen anything else like it, absolutely extraordinary in a very understated way. Not only is the story pleasantly bizarre, they've put real effort into the photography, and it shows.

It’s definitely been mentioned here already, but Patriot is amazing. Just smashed it all in 2 days. Great show.
I feel like a Jehovah’s Witness trying to force Patriot on everyone I know

It’s utterly brilliant. Some of the best casting and acting I’ve ever seen
Ill have to check it out.

I'm currently a Jehovah's Witness for Snowfall which is amazing. Season 1 Trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PmKgACCJtL8

But its not been picked up in the UK (yet) frown

Season 3 just finished, Season 4 confirmed. Was created by royalty - John Singleton, who died recently.

Edit: appears it is on Amazon so enjoy!

Then stop posting on here and go watch it.

Thank me later wink

P.s. the lead kid is British, but his voice coach has done an amazing job with his Compton accent.

It'll be included with Prime eventually, I have patience, I can wait. TBH it doesn't really look like my kind of thing anyway.

Per episode? Do people really pay that?

Smiler.

Goliath Series 3 is now available.

S2 wasn't a patch on S1, but 3 ep's in, this one is showing a bit more promise.

Watched Stan & Ollie & Vice recently, both a solid 7/10.

Don’t bother after season 3 at a push. Save you the hassle.

Think LOST bit much worse.

I have attempted to purchase the complete series of Banshee.
The prices are bloody ridiculous and I can't believe anyone would pay them.
Bay of pirates it is then.

I haven’t looked on Amazon for ages but had a scroll through last night and found the Laurel and Hardy movie. I remember reruns being on when I was a kid and always enjoyed it so I gave the film a go. Depending on how accurate it was it was actually quite sad to see them struggling to hang on the way they did. I enjoyed the film but I did feel sorry for them both by the end.

Once that was finished I watched the whole first season of Fleabag. Thoroughly enjoyed that although you could tell pretty quickly that the main character was having some serious problems frown

Was thinking the same, mental!

No wander piracy is so big when they charge like that!
