Found it by accident and had no idea what to expect - which probably makes it even more shocking.
fking hell!
"Upright" with Tim Minchin in it.
It costs a tenner, but is well worth it.
He plays a character that is trying to drive a piano from one side of Australia to the other to get it to his dying mother. At the start of the journey he crashes into a girl and they are forced to do the journey together.
But it's about so much more than that. I haven't seen a character grow so much through its journey in years. It's exceptionally well written with the story being so much more involved that the above would suggest. Have a look at the reviews - they're incredible. I absolutely loved it. Just top quality writing and, aside from a couple of stereotypical and not quite believable characters along the way, nigh-on perfect.

This is what annoys me about Amazon Prime. I watched upright when it was free, because I had a Prime subscription. It's now not free, even if you do. This happens a lot with season 2, or 3 of a particular show. And there's a lot of stuff where you can see one episode of something and then need to subscribe to a different service else to watch the rest.It costs a tenner, but is well worth it.

Disingenuous at best.

But with films its no different to films coming and going on Netflix, its just that Prime give you the option to pay to watch it if they aren't showing it.Disingenuous at best.

The issue I have is that Netflix tell you when something is going away but this just happened overnight. I have no issue if they don't have the rights anymore but we've now stopped mid season and likely would not have started season 3. Its the lack of communication that is my issue as I would have made other choices

All seasons are now PPV at £15 per season.
That is most annoying as I was a few episodes in to S5. How many people are going to pay that?
Just checked & that's the case - thieving tossers. That is most annoying as I was a few episodes in to S5. How many people are going to pay that?
I'll see if I can get it on eBay, watch & re-sell.
Pisstake to do it without warning, puts me off bothering to start another lengthy series.
So annoying and puts me off starting anything on Prime.

New to Amazon prime and was watching the Americans and suddenly it’s gone to pay by episode.
Is there a place I can go to see when things will move to pay?
Do they ever move back from pay to Prime free?
I've just finished S4 & that was FTC - be annoyed if it's now pay for S5 onwards. Is there a place I can go to see when things will move to pay?

I completely agree. I was enjoying Hell on Wheels and then they moved it to PPV - I already pay you the subscription so refuse to pay more.

There is something cocked up there. Its showing me season 1 available to watch on prime but none of the other seasons are available. So annoying and puts me off starting anything on Prime.
Click another season link and it says all seasons available but charges apply per episode or per season
Started S1 of "Man in the high tower", set in 1962 USA, if the Germans and Japanese had carved up the USA between them.
Pacific coast = Japanese states.
East coast = Nazi governed.
Middle = "neutral" zone, albeit a bit odd (characters, shortages of goods, etc.) in its own right
Unsure of it ATM. About 4 episodes in. It's slower than I thought it would be.
Ridley Scott is behind it.

I enjoyed Season 1 of it, which I watched back when it was brand new and was being made available weekly. Pacific coast = Japanese states.

When Season 2 finally came round, I never really got going again on it and sort of left it. I keep meaning to go back to it.
