Thoroughly recommend " Hand of God " , starring Ron Perlman , if you haven't seen it.
Loved the 1st series and so glad to see the 2nd series appear this month. Currently halfway through it and it doesn't disappoint .
That's good news. I'll be watching that. I really like the first series although apparently a lot of people didn't.Loved the 1st series and so glad to see the 2nd series appear this month. Currently halfway through it and it doesn't disappoint .
Can't remember why but I remarked on it earlier in the thread.

I know Im late to the party but started Goliath last week. Absolutely loving it. Only 6 episodes in but having to force myself to go to bed!
"only" 6 episodes in....there are only 8 episodes, so you're almost done.Agreed - great series, Billy Bob Thornton is mega.

Patriot. We thought we would give it a try, expected the usual spy type stuff.
It's one of the funniest things I've seen recently, though the humour is quite dark and not always obvious (which is how I like it).
Give it a go, it's really good.
Yup, was so glad they made the series after enjoying the pilot and devoured it over 3 nights. It's one of the funniest things I've seen recently, though the humour is quite dark and not always obvious (which is how I like it).

This, along with The Bureau, Goliath, Bosch and Red Oaks are my favourites on Amazon.

The Hugh Hefner docuseries thing.
Interesting stuff especially the fact that the London casino was the most profitable casino in the world and basically kept the whole Playboy operation afloat for years.
I think it probably paints many things in a very favourable light but does have very many scenes of pert tits and tight derrieres.

Not sure if it has had a mention, half way through Manhattan. WW2 drama about the Manhattan project. Story focuses on the two rival scientists on the atomic bomb projects - about 5 episodes in and very good story so far with a nice mix of the scientists developing the bomb and family drama of life living in the middle of nowhere and all the secrecy involved.

Only 2 episodes in, but I can't say I'm very impressed with the 3rd season of Bosch so far.
I'll stick with it, but I'd be interested in anyone else's opinion...
I binged watched it over 2 days and found it good.I'll stick with it, but I'd be interested in anyone else's opinion...
Ive tried to give Hand of God a go and finding it tedious after 2 episodes
