Isn't this for the amazon.com version? They have different content.
I know I just checked out some of the things they mention on that list and they're just not available on the .co.uk site free or otherwise.
Oh sorry about that, I did check a couple of the films before posting the link and they showed up on my prime as available. I know I just checked out some of the things they mention on that list and they're just not available on the .co.uk site free or otherwise.

I'm sure there will be lots of websites tracking the new stuff on Amazon Prime and Netflix but this one came up on my twitter recently listing new films added

Justwatch has a UK site and lets you select which services you have. You can then browse New or Popular shows/films on your services or search for a specific programme/film to see which service carries it.https://filmschoolrejects.com/whats-new-to-stream-...

'The Dawns Here Are Quiet'
Absolutely brilliant!
Russian mini series much like Generation War, told in a folklore type way but very hard hitting! A true struggle of one mans strength against all odds
Awesome, I rank Generation War above Band of Brothers for wartime series, i'll queue it up.Absolutely brilliant!

Does anyone own a Fire Stick? I have been looking at the as casting via Chromecast is generally quite poor.
The question I have is around external power. I don't want a cable running from my TV to the power outlet, so can a Fire Stick be powered via the USB on my TV?

That seems a huge step backwards. My Chromecast works on USB power. I'll email Jeff.
I don't really want to run a cable to my TV as all the other cables are nicely hidden behind the screen, but it is a real faff to route something without taking the TV off the wall.
Thinking about it, I may not have any spare HDMI ports anyway!
Back to juddery Parks and Recreation I guess.

Mine is an older TV - perhaps they have raised the output of those "power" USB sockets since it was made.
It's a fair point. The USB standard specifies a minimum of 500mA (0.5A) and a maximum of 2.1A for power output. So a TV could supply only the minimum whilst the Firestick might require more.Clockwork Cupcake said:

Finished this last night, I really enjoyed it. Bit cliched in places and not at all realistic but good fun. The style reminded me of Sons of Anarchy but whereas in SOA I stopped caring about any of them part way through HoWs held my attention all the way to the end. I also read up on the building of the railway and various parts of the civil war as a result. I know when I've enjoyed a series as there feels like a wee gap in the evenings for a few days
I know what you mean about a gap after finishing Hell on Wheels. That's why I jumped into Black Sails after as I was looking for another period, adventure/action drama. Edited by Cotty on Tuesday 10th April 12:49
What i dont get though, was that originally he was portrayed as a soldier yet eventually it comes out that he was a Colonel. You'd have thought the president, being a General in the opposite army would know who he is already and he even believed he was a soldier.
Anyway, 3 episodes to go but find it more background noise now than anything and back to Lucifer as its restarted
