For a few of the views, I wondered if that house in the background was actually just a decent-sized garage.

Running out of steam a bit for me, to be honest, fewer and fewer of these places are as special as some of the earlier ones were. From the preview, it looks like next week might be a good one for some arguments, though.

The one I'm aware of should be an interesting episode. I've only seen the model not the real thing but it's very unusual.

It was slated to appear last year but that didn't happen for reasons that'll become clear. Goes out on the 11th Oct but in the Sunday Times at the end of this month I believe. It's the architect's second on GD.

The main reason I felt so sorry for him though is that poor bugger has to sleep with that woman and maybe even, on the odd occasion, give her a servicing. At least she can get him a reliable source of Viagra although even with the aid of that, I doubt I would be up to that deed with her.

Massive cockup A - going curved, and B - Not utilising those incredible views from the top floor.

Why the hell put a guest bedroom there???

Also forever home - no OAP lift?

Yes it could have been better but I'd still be happy with it.

This has a massive potential for going way over budget.

Love the bingo card. You need to add camera shot of spreadsheet, too. Also arrival of autumn/winter before the roof is done. I'm typing this whilst the zinc cladding is being cut on site. What is it about zinc cladding? Is there a copper back to it so when it rains the house can generate its own electric current???
