Materials and design suggest someone had a pet project on their shelf for a few decades. Brickwork especially is from a particular point in time.

I love it and hate it in equal measures.

I think I love the concept and the outside but feel it has no soul inside.

I like parts of it but it's to much in one building.

All in, 4 year project full architectural design inside and out, expensive groundworks. £3m+ to build. £5m to sell.

Got it in one, it looks incredibly dated already. Not a fan of it. I bet it cost £2m...
