I’m on ep2 it’s a bit far fetched.
I was happy enough with S1 but was bothered by a couple of things. Compared to the original series which was quite deliberate, almost slow, which helped build suspense, the Legacy series moves very quickly, too much so in my view. The other bother was/is his techno-whiz friend, who serves far too often as a get out of jail free card with plot devices of dubious credibility. The latter continues with S2 along with some plot devices that were pretty cringe-worthy. On the positive side it was good to see J. Edgar in a fairly significant part along with several members of the old Hollywood station crew. Zarco said:

Legacy isn't a patch on the original Bosch but it's still watchable
Not in my opinion (watchable that is).Shame as Bosch was brilliant.
Given that you thought the original was brilliant I just cant get my head round that.
I think its great, I'm thoroughly enjoying it and not looking for plot holes. Just got last 2 episodes to go.

I just found the plots a bit dull for the first few episodes I watched. His daughter being a cop was a bit wky too, just didn't buy it. Felt like they'd run out of ideas and it had run it's course.
