Haven't seen it, but heard an interview with the writer on radio 4 - sounds dark...

Just downloaded episode one. Yeah, dark. Funny, but dark.

only watched the first two - but quite liked it too.

Although I keep expecting Noel Fielding to pop up and spoil Julian Barratt's serious bits.

Really enjoying this so far, I think if you enjoyed stuff like The League of Gentlemen, Inside Number 9, Peep Show then it will be right up your street. Apparently it gets weirder...

The Japanese guy's "knock knock" joke.. genius smile

I love how brilliantly dark Flowers is. Just watched episode 5, it had me laughing like a nutter several times.

Yet to watch The League of Gentlemen but really enjoyed Inside Number 9. Couldn't get past the cringe in the first episode of Peep Show so yet to watch the rest.

Can't wait for the conclusion to this tonight. Last night's (Thursdays) episode was just unlike anything I've seen before- some really intimate heartfelt moments offset against crazy stuff that's completely surreal- like the guy trying to explain his depression whilst sat in a yellow car with wings superglued to the side. The Japanese guys backstory had us in tears.

I'd never heard of Will Sharpe before but I'm a fan now. Will check out Black Pond soon.

The scene with Shun and Caroll & Carol was brilliant.

Well that was fking superb. Dark, beautiful and hilarious all in one. Never seen anything like it and I'm almost sad that it's finished.

Completely agree, Episode 5 is possibly the best 30 minutes of TV I've ever watched.

I watched all six episodes earlier, one after the other. Thoroughly enjoyed it, found myself laughing inappropriately and sitting in a dusty room at others particularly in the last 2 episodes.

Always enjoy something a little 'different' and this fitted the bill.
