From the latest episode, I think it's now going to get VERY messy!
Thursday's? Getting involved with the Russian fella?Episode was claled "Icebreaker", (S3., ep 9)
Watched ep. 10 last night online.
It's called "Redemption", and there are some interesting sideline issues coming up.
Redemption here had a few meanings in the story line, which worked well, I thought.
For me, John Malkovich has given us a cartoon character of a Russian villain that's quite entertaining to watch.
If money is lost, Axe is screwed. If returns are positive he'll stay in, and Axe is screwed. As someone has said - how dodgy do his dealings need to be to keep the Russian sweet, screwed again.
Did someone previously mention Taylor going her own way and/or burning the house down from within? Seems something along those lines is developing.

Dinner with baldie's family, you mean?
I think much more dodginess will ensue to ensure positive returns on the $3Bn deposited.
Actually no, I genunely forgot Taylor's name...forgot there was a real baldie there. I actually got Malkovich's scene and knew what ginge was thinkign when he looked at Mal's mum.I think much more dodginess will ensue to ensure positive returns on the $3Bn deposited.
I mean Taylor, I missed what Axe did to her portfolio, and what that lil coffee meeting with the nerd bf meant?
I guess Wendy will tease out the story with Taylor and the coffee meet next week?
I'm curious that after the meal at Axe's place between Chuck, Axe & Wendy, where they stitched the doctor up, there's no sign of Chuck now going after Axe in any capacity. I have a possible theory about how this might play out:
Will it turn out that Jock's dodgy dealings are linked with Malko, and therefore by bringing Jock down, Chuck (inadvertently?) takes Axe down with him?

Really enjoying this series, as I did one and two.
No one's mentioned Clancy Brown yet I think. He's almost as sinister as Malkovich in his own way...Remember he was the Kurgan in Highlander (and, less sinisterly, having checked IMDB, learned that he is the voice of Mr Krabs in SpongeBob Squarepants!
