With one episode to go in the current "season", there almost seems too much in the balance to resolve. The writers seem to paced it well up to now, I hope they don't rush the conclusion and mess up?
I think with Axe's raise still in the future, Taylor off the reservation, Chuck gunning for the Texan AG and Connarty on the war path there are plenty of storylines to run for a fourth season which I believe was confirmed in April...RC1807 said:

That was an exciting last episode.
One thing i've thought is we all know how Axe has Hall watching people, surely he's had him tracking Taylor if he's felt uneasy about her?
Can't wait for Thursdays episode!!

Good point. Plus in another episode from the earlier seasons someone said about Axe not minding people go and set up on their own with his blessing With Taylor going behind his back it sets up the battle in S4 quite well. Can't wait for Thursdays episode!!
Really good. I managed to save the last two episodes (as I'm going through Breaking Bad again) and watch them back to back.
I like that Axe and Rhodes may be on 'the same side' next season.
I can't see the Russian mafia boss using gender neutral language
Brian's character is meant to have integrity, but he's worked with the AG who tried to intervene in an investigation by interfering with a witness, regardless of the legitimacy of the investigation.
Can't wait until next season.

I agree, I thought the season ended really well.
I am, however, concerned that we potentially only have one more season of truly engrossing watching with this now. We've done the 'Ax and Chuck at one anothers throats' season, the 'Ax on the up while Chuck struggles' season, the 'Ax on the downslide while Chuck has the upper hand' season and now we're going to get the 'Ax and Chuck team up while they're both a bit reduced' season. All they can really do after that is go through one of the cycles again.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!
I did not see that twist coming with the AG. Loving Chuck and Axe coming together.
Some shifts in this episode. Taylor has grown on me massively. But also Axe is a petulant, spoilt, vindictive that.
Paul Giamatti is an acting god.
Cannot fking wait till next season.

so summary at the end of the season.
I moaned after the first 2 and still feel correct for doing so. it was all a bit far fetched and outlandish characters compared to previous seasons.
It was like they listened then after that it settled down and got into the legal/finance stuff properly. The trading part has kind of been killed off. I liked that in the early seasons despite not being completely realistic.
The seperation of chuck/axe worked really were to the point where you almost got 2 good tv series to watch at the same time.
Still dont really like taylor the robot charachter. Its the part of the program that just breaks a sense of realism, and her sex scene was weird but will just have to put up with her/him/apache helicopter.
Still leagues better than westworld. Gave up on that for good 3 episodes into 2nd season. That is a blueprint for how to ruin an idea.

excellent ep.
I think I thought that ultimately Taylor would do this, it just seemed logical, the logical move, and they are a creature of logic. reminds me of a comic book character, can't recall which, but a subservient character that ultimately becomes the ultimate threat.
I knew the texacan would reverse the chuck plan, but am disappoint at Chuck's right hand girl backstabbing, didn't understand that.

I've loved everything about this season and this finale was brilliant..
I called the twist with the AG but I reckon it was planned by Chuck to execute as it did. Chuck needed to be fired so that he was clear of his promise. Just like Wendy said at the end, nobody is better at strategy than Chuck or something like that. Chuck's dismissal could be a ruse and they're all in on it.
Either way, Chuck still has a friend in the Mayor who he endorsed and you can guarantee that others will dislike Justice and will back Chuck for attempting to take him down.
The one thing I didn't like was Taylor took Grigor's money. Taylor was against Axe taking it from the start so for Mase Cap to take it seems farfetched UNLESS it's Taylor's insurance policy.
