Dark Star, the alien in the lift shaft.
Not many will know that scene, but I agree, especially when he manages to push the button on the panel in the lift. "Please stand clear the floor panel explosive bolts will detonate in ten seconds, 10, 9 etc etc" Or words to that effect LOLI'm sure you could buy a beach ball like that at the seaside when i was a kid.
The older I get the less I laugh out loud at movies, but South Park The Moive is probably the one that makes everyone I know still cry tears. Me and my mates have sat and watched it twice this year, crippled laughing.
After that, Airplane, Naked Gun, Team America.
Less laugh out loud, but equally good fun (just in a different way), for me, would be Rushmore and Election... so dry but so funny.

Don't tell anyone I said this but...
...there are few scenes in Bridesmaids that are properly funny.
Yup, it's just as well she's married to the airline security guy in real life!...there are few scenes in Bridesmaids that are properly funny.

The Chinese food scene gets me every time.
Annnnnndd theeeeeeeen?
Was just coming on to add this to the list. I still can't say "and then" without saying it the way they did in that film. The Chinese food scene gets me every time.
Annnnnndd theeeeeeeen?
I forgot how funny Despicable Me was, watching it right now and it's still just as good.
I still love Carry On Up The Kyber. The scenes are brilliant, the script is epic and the dinner party piece is classic British slapstick. Wonderful.
The Original police Academy has me in fits in places and the final scene is cinema at its finest!
Borat is well up there, the New York Chicken scene on the Subway reduced me to tears and I still enjoy watching it again and again.
