Game of Thrones - vol II - NO SPOILERS
Discussion
Tonight's episode was a reversal of the first, it started slow and really sped up.
I didn't like the Arya scene with hot pie, whether it was poor acting or poorly directed, I just felt the dismissive way she dealt with him was a bit out of character.
Also disappointed that Nymeria just left after they were reunited.

Same, and it looked like Hot Pie almost looked at the camera twice too!I didn't like the Arya scene with hot pie, whether it was poor acting or poorly directed, I just felt the dismissive way she dealt with him was a bit out of character.

Who the fk are these two on THronecast?
Plot
Exposition
Then Euron, being a super soldier.
I assume the sand snakes still have lovely poisoned tipped weapons so so Euron will die painfully in the next episode? No, prob not.
The way he dispatched them along with the whole boat full of Greyjoys was pretty ridiculous but meh, whatever.
Is Yara dead or not?

I presume danny could melt Euron's fleet in a matter of minutes? (minus his ship with the hostages).
Also by my understanding they were sailing to Dorne, but the unsullied were going to Casterly Rock. Aren't they the same direction all the way to Dorne? So why weren't they on the ships? Plot convenience?
I'm really disappointed that the mad professors ultimate secret weapon against dragons is a fking ballista. Seriously?!

Yes I'm trying to figure it out - was it just the Yara fleet (presumably so). There was no unsullied onboard, so I think they were simply going to fetch the Dornish who were going to be laying seige to King's Landing and bring them back. Maybe then after that they'd sail taking the unsullied to Casterly Rock.
Now of course there's no fleet so they are royally fked. Unless Euron somehow meets a firey end.

Edited (after watching the Dragonstone plan again), the Greyjoys were taking the Martell army West up the Blackwater from Dragonstone to siege Kings Landing, Euron was sailing East up the Blackwater. The Unsullied were already a long way off heading East/South East from Dragonstone. There was no unsullied onboard, so I think they were simply going to fetch the Dornish who were going to be laying seige to King's Landing and bring them back. Had the chance to listen again, Tyrion says Yara Greyjoy will escort Ellaria back to Sunspear and her fleet will take her army to Kings Landing, so was this both before they split or just Yara's small escort fleet. In which case few ships were lost and the Martell Army is still going to KL?

Theon. Coward or clever?
Euron is much more seasoned in battle and by the looks of tonights episode much stronger than Theon.
If Theon would have went at Euron would Yara's throat have been slit?
Theon jumps. He lives and so does Yara.
Sensible in my eyes despite it seeming that Theon had flashbacks of the days of Reek.
I wonder how much of Daenerys, Yara's, Olennas and Elarias fleets were damaged in that ambush.
Seemingly it was the Greyjoys as Yara and Theon were there and I cant see the Martells or Tyrells having many ships.
Would have been stupid to only have a few ships travelling when their leaders are on them. Vulnerable no?

Decent episode
Of course there has to be some allowance for dramatic licence with Dany and Varys having a conversation they should have had long ago.
They end battle scene did feel overly rushed and to a budget for me.
Someone mentioned the hot pie scene being poor, but I think Arya was supposed to feel "off" in that scene to show how much she had lost.
