That's the Red Keep at Kings Landing. I think they are on the frozen water. IIRC it's the angle Gendry saw it from the boat when Melisendre sailed past.

Winter will hit KL, but who the frak knows where the story will go. Watched Preston's latest vid, they speculate on whether GRR is holding onto WoW so he can change enough. All the chapters he has released thus far were chapters he removed from DotD because it was too friging long.
