I considered it, but I don't think Ms16v and the neighbours would be too happy.

Unlikely! However, we have mentioned getting up 90 minutes early on Monday so we don't have to attempt futilely to avoid spoilers...

why not just watch it, ep by ep? no way in hell can you avoid it, it's in the cultural Zeitgeist, it'll get referenced by everything.

It's that bad I'd half expect an aircraft to fly overhead with a banner detailing the episodes hehe

Amazing Aprils fools prank by Maisie Williams on The Tonight Show, she really is an exceptional actress, the shaking hands, tears and absolute terror that she'd dropped a clanger.

The Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas is famous for it's nightly dancing fountain show. They have done a new show to celebrate the final season of Games of Thrones. It's fantastic!

LOve this stuff. GRR is a historian, and is mates with a few historian/military writers. Thought has gone into units, distance, time travelled, weariness in the battles, it's not just a case ofstuff happening, it all works from a real historical perspective.

Which makes it a bigger shame that once the TV show deviated from the book stories, the plot has gone all Hollywood. GRR would have never written that Jamie would be saved from Dragon fire by Bron pushing him out of the way at the last minute.
