Is Shmee150 going to be the new Chris Harris?

Urgh. The vast majority of Shmee's videos are yawntastic. Be it a 14 year old lad watching them in his room or the average PH'er, I just can't see either audience being attracted to the videos. There are the occasional ones, if I remember rightly, that can be worth a watch.
A novelty at first but now I just don't bother watching them.
That's the great thing about the internet though. If you don't like it then don't read it or watch it.
As a side note; far too much publicity for the chap on here at the moment.

Schmeee produces pretty dull, uninformative stuff aimed at kids. Fine but I can't watch that sort of thing.
Harry's garage is putting out some new stuff and Jay Leno is always good. Both are far more my sort of thing.

One strongly suspects that neither of messrs Metcalfe and Leno produce content with commercial gain the primary driver.
Those though for whom YouTube is their primary occupation by necessity have to make lots and lots and lots of content whether we as PHers like it or not.

Whenever he is mentioned its a character assassination. Which eventually boils down to that he is posh rich kid who came from a well off family.
Yes he is annoying to watch but why doesn’t PH just leave him be instead of trying to gode him into replying, as I assume you all blatantly know he is a member and regular poster on here.
Just my thoughts and before anyone jumps on saying "Hello Schmee150 fan boy" I don’t even subscribe, I find his manner of presenting and content annoying (Im not really into posh cars), but that’s my personal opinion and I certainly wouldn’t go on a full character assassination like some people on here.

No. Shmee is the same breed as SOL and STG Eb Delaney etc.
You saw what happened when STG and Seb got presented the awesome opportunity by Renault to drive the Clio 220 trophy. They basically squandered it and couldn't really tell anyone about the car other than that it was more fun than they thought.
Unless it's around posh rich toff culture I think they are well and truly out of their element whereas Chris Harris could probably talk about the history of the Renaultsport Clio in depth if you were to meet him at a petrol station.
So no. Won't ever come anywhere close. Although I don't think he is trying to. I do however believe him to be actively trying to increase his already ridiculous following even further and there is clearly a market for him.
