Designated Survivor - Netflix

Can see why this got canned now.
Up to EP7 of S2 and whilst it started off with a targeted story, it now seems to flail from one random episode long disaster to the next. There is no real plot or direction any further and unlike Westwing which at least had an element of a thread linking each episode to the next, here its just flailing. A case of should have finished on a high with Series 1

After S1, it's been just a blur of disasters each episode, with a happy outcome following 20 minutes later
Not disappointed it's going as I think S2 would have been my last series anyway.

S3 confirmed. 10 episodes for Netflix
I guess they see enough of a streaming audience to think it's worth it.No idea why; Season 1 wasn't too bad as it actually had a plot of sorts but I gave up on Season 2 when it ended up as a poor generic White House drama lurching between disasters.
Season 3 will be available on the June 7th on Netflix

Left wide open for S4 I thought.
Having just watched episode 10 of S.3 yes I agree. Believing it to be the final series (which may be the case, honestly don't know?) I expected things to be wrapped up, so to speak, but I felt that the final episode left it all a bit loose and untidy. Dan_1981 said:
Drag this back up...
thankfully no spoilers in this thread (i took a risk)
Really enjoying season one but by the sounds of things I should give the other season a miss!
