A mate was saying that he thought he had heard/read Jezza saying that there might be a possibility of someone like C4 airing this series at some point in the future but didn't talk about timescales.
Not a clue how reliable this info is though.
With firms like Amazon moving into production it would seem likely that they'll syndicate their stuff once they feel it's done all it can to bring new customers directly to them? Not a clue how reliable this info is though.

It'll be on Dave before we know it. Not a clue how reliable this info is though.
OK Ive just bought my TV dongle fire thingy and am wondering how to get the GT for the least amount of cash - legally
Amazon have Prime on a free 30 day trial and then 7.99 a month with no minimum contract - is this the best youve seen?
I have no desire to take advantage of the other stuff available on prime or even free delivery fpr buying stuff, although do have legit access to a student email account........
Cheers

If you can convince Amazon that you're a student, either with a student email address or an NUS/University ID card, a year of Prime is £39 and comes with a 6 month free trial before you're billed. Think I'll keep my powder dry on that oneAssuming theres maybe 8-12 episodes then a month free then 2 months for 16 quid seems the best so far

Can't you just download them all in one month at the end? Assuming theres maybe 8-12 episodes then a month free then 2 months for 16 quid seems the best so far

Not got prime, so I guess I'm asking if episodes 'expire' on prime.

Their other in-house products seem to have all the previous seasons still available, so I'd guess the GT episodes would remain online. But, I suspect they are expecting it to be their most popular content so anything could happen.

Unless Amazon decide to do something different with GT to what they do with all their other shows, you could just stream them all after the final episode of GT has "aired". However, I'm not sure you can legally download shows off Amazon Prime, but I'd be happy to be corrected if I'm wrong. Not got prime, so I guess I'm asking if episodes 'expire' on prime.
If you were willing to wait for them all to air before you started watching them, you could watch them all legally and at no cost with a 30 day Amazon Prime free trial.

If they are all you want and you want to watch them as they air (or at least not wait for several to have aired before you begin watching any of them), I think your current plan is the cheapest way to do it.Assuming theres maybe 8-12 episodes then a month free then 2 months for 16 quid seems the best so far

The only other way I can think of is by using multiple Amazon accounts, each with their own 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime. However, that is against Amazon's T&Cs.
