I'd never seen the Ground Force programme before. Thanks.

They're not exactly official Auntie Beeb uploads though.

Perhaps you meant Top Ground Gear Force?
Now that was poor.....

Both were 'Children in Need' efforts IIRC, and considering the generally dire quality of the output of CIN specials of BBC staples I wouldn't be too critical of them.

ETA - one was for Comic Relief and the other was for Sport Aid, but same difference. BBC charity programming output is invariably dreadful but tolerated as 'it is for a good cause'.

As an aside the projects they looked at besides solving world hunger included "putting a car into space", which when they recorded the programme, seven weeks ago, no one had done.

And slowly suffocating a tank full of fish to death for entertainment was in poor taste. Just no need for it.
I hate to side with the "IT"S NOT REAL! furious" gang but d'you really think there were fish in that tank when the car was being driven?
Yes I do actually, I'm pretty sure I saw fish flicking past behind James May during some of the in-motion shots. I think the fish remained in the tank though I was surprised they survived as long as they did.

Yes, in the last 5-10 mins of the show, you can see a (barely) live fish in putrid water gasping at the surface for oxygen.

Oh, I forgot to mention. James was wearing an "Ace biscuits" t-shirt, which raised a smile. Especially as no attention was drawn to it whatsoever.

Well I would have said that was a coincidence before they decided to take "cash for compliments" from Musk and Tesla in the review of his stupid electric SUV!

Fairly sure they would have been given a heads up as part of the deal, so just chucked in the last show to get "topical" rolleyes

That's the thing about being at the top top of the food chain. Suggest you join a fish based website and start positing there, frequently, this might save the rest of us from your drivel.

Anyway.

The last episode was an absolute turd. Purely a filler, no original ideas and pure formula. It was like the very worst of (old) Top Gear.
