The more I think about those poor fish suffering a horrible death when they could have been feeding the poor people of Bingo the angrier I get. We need to take some action. I'm thinking of starting a movement so I'm looking for members to protest outside their local fish and chip shops and possibly if you're up to it burn a few of them down? This should gain us quite a bit of notoriety and a good social media presence.
Pistonheads Internet Saving Sea Fish Liberating Anchovies Plaice Sea bass.
P*SSFLAPS for short Pistonheads Internet Saving Sea Fish Liberating Anchovies Plaice Sea bass.
That’s the joke.
Anyway shame poor ending because the last three episodes were really enjoyable.
When watching this I thought having the special over just 2 days was unusual. I also thought the epic journey to Bingo being only 200 miles was somewhat short in comparison to previous specials.
Then it occurred to me....... on other specials, they do the short bit and fail. Clarkson says “you idiot” a lot and then the new destination of 2000 miles away is revealed. I’m guessing this short distance special was as a result of filming of the special being towards the end of their planned film schedule and was impacted by Hammonds crash.

Great news - the new series of TG starts tonight so the PH reviewers can have a good moan from around 8:01pm.
“It was utter st. Watched all of it to make sure and will be watching and commenting on each one even though I hate it”. Can’t wait.
and if that's not enough then formula 1 kicks off soon, we've a 21 race season this year and with bumper threads most races there's loads of scope to repeatedly inform the fans how "dull" and "tedious" it is and "not as good as it used to be (cos they saw a highlights of the 80s edit once)"“It was utter st. There, fell into my own trap... don't read this.
The only thing they did well with the first series of The Grand Tour was the name. It is perfect.
I'm surprised to say this series was a massive improvement and I've enjoyed pretty much all of it. I'm not too comfortable seeing animals used as props but that aside, I thought the last episode was a good bit of fun. I'm sure the good people of Bingo will be OK eating fish from the nearby river, as I assume they did before

From the pre show interviews. It seems to me that TG is remembering that the show is about cars. And the humour should come from that. Rather than 3 old blokes falling over and occasionally mentioning a car.“It was utter st. Watched all of it to make sure and will be watching and commenting on each one even though I hate it”. Can’t wait.
I also get a bit bored of CHMs "we mustn't talk about cars or we'll be boring" Yes talking about injection rates is a bit dull But you can still be passionate about cars and make great TV
On balance. The last series of TG (LeB, Harris, Reid - Without Evans) was better than the first 2 series of TGT. There were more segments that were watchable imo
And I never thought that would be the case!

According to the people on another forum the fish episode was meant to be a bit rather than a full episode, but as they were all ill they weren't able to do the full programme and then made one out of the bits they'd shot for that instead. The actual final episode of the series will be on later in the year.
Don't know how accurate that is but it would explain why the thing seemed a bit drawn out.

My 7yr old is obsessed with the GT. He won't watch the new TG series.
My youngest one liked it too, not my older kids though. I think it’s pretty much the demographic that TGT was aimed at. Even then though, not enough were watching, It would probably do better on YouTube or Nickelodeon or even Disney life if they got rid of the pretend bits designed to shock and elicit fake complaints for publicity.
