Bugger I was just looking at these again as they are in my short list of cars I’ve fancied for ever.
Seems that some mechanical parts are hard to come by now and the engines problematic.
With TGT adding £££££ to the few left, that’s probably knocked that little idea in the head.

I cancelled Prime after the last series and have just had a letter today offering a £10 voucher if i get prime again
I dont buy much on amazon, so just had it for TGT
Coincidence or clever marketing?.
I had a free month of Prime and never bothered keeping it and paying for it. I've had the same letter today. I dont buy much on amazon, so just had it for TGT

I let my Prime membership lapse as the next day delivery service had turned into a next day plus one. Removing my rose tinted specs also tells me that the subscription fee alone for The Grand Tour isn't worth it either as the bulk of the previous two series was pretty dire. I'm hoping they can go out with a bang but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Did you complain about the deliveries to Amazon ? Two minutes on their chat line gets an apology and a month added to your Prime membership. I can't wait for it. I really don't understand the hate it keeps getting.
In a sea of jungle celebrities, singing nobodies, baking (or cooking) blandness, moronic people watching even more moronic people watching TV and dancing daftness, I welcome anything that has even the slightest car based interest involved.
Given how us petrol heads are all branded Satan incarnate for ruining the planet, its nice for motoring to be celebrated for once. Even if it is 3 old blokes doing some scripted arse-ing about. It might be crap at times, but it isn't the kardashian family.
Don't take it so seriously and don't over analyse it, you may just enjoy it for a bit. If not, plenty of other stuff out there.

Looks like a phone game. Is that really supposed to be on current gen consoles?Mike335i said:

There’s a reason this little motoring show became unfeasibly successful and a big seller around the world. In a sea of jungle celebrities, singing nobodies, baking (or cooking) blandness, moronic people watching even more moronic people watching TV and dancing daftness, I welcome anything that has even the slightest car based interest involved.

You can try and recreate it all you like (see latter day Top Gear (and 5th Gear from day one ) and you are left with a little motoring show again.
Clarkson is unique, loved, hated, but compelling in ways that cannot be replicated.

What is the red Italian car? I recognise the X1/9 and the Gamma Coupe but is the red one an Alfa?Alfa GTV6 I think. More of them around it seems than the standard Alfetta it's also more a Clarkson of a car as he'll think he's James Bond rushing to defuse a nuclear bomb. - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfa_Romeo_Alfetta
