I find it utterly sad that a group of people feel the need to bh about a belly. So sad that the world we live in applauds whiter-than-white teeth, fake tan, no body hair, stenciled eyebrows and other self-appreciating st. Pathetic.

Great episode, but alwas in the back of my mind it's not a car show, when the car stuff they do is excellent, the funny stuff just falls flat.

Yes, horror they are getting old, we all do, but bantz is still there. Those cars were brilliant.

Somehow I don't think he would be to offended by people noting the size of his expanding midrift.

Great season opener

Glad to have almost minimal studio audience interaction, that format really has been overdone now and I'll be glad to see the end of it when this season concludes.

As cool as having a car named The Exorcist is, I really do like that Demon...

How many people actually thought after watching that thought "yes I could live with a 1000hp beast" ?. I have to admit I do prefer them to the usual supercars we see they look like they could take a bit of stick. I thought the Mustang looked stunning but then so did the others and I don't like American Cars...damn it

I did think about what the ownership costs for rear tyres would be!

Or the cost of a Transit Van following you with them in.
Just read the guardian piece on TGT they really don't like Clarkson do they.
Apparently season 4 will be just specials.

The Senna looks like a kit car but was amazingly quick.

The Dodge would be my pick of the muscle cars. I love the drag kit. Did they say what it can do the 1/4 mile in? And could you get super high octane fuel over here?

May had the pick of the one-liners. He was quite funny.

One day the sound of an angry V8 will be a thing of the past replaced with a whisper of a milkfloat .

Isn’t that Dodge the one that can pull a wheelie? Surprised they didn’t do that.

You need to lighten up.

The posts about Clarksons belly weren’t criticisms or ‘bhing’ as you eloquently put it, they were merely jokey observations.

As for applauding whiter than white teeth, you will bear in mind that Hammond was ripped mercilessly by May and Clarkson for his whitened teeth.

During this new episode, even my wife commented along the lines of “Wow. His belly is huge now”.

It was really that noticeable.

As we’ve said, Clarkson doesn’t care, we don’t really care, and it was a good episode.

I don't think he has watched a Grand Tour episode or a Top Gear episode as taking the piss out of anyone and everyone is part of the fun of having a totally Non PC programme

The Senna got a lot of criticism for its styling, missing the point that it was a function over form exercise. So if it hadn't turned out to be bloody quick, that would have been a complete failure.

105 RON at £4.32 a litre.

About £5/mile at 3.9 mpg laugh

Only £2.50 per drag race then, including getting back to the start line. Bargain laugh
