The Grand Tour
Discussion
Looking forward to watching it later . I don't sit there in anticipation of some masterpiece of Television or classic broadcasting I just watch it and enjoy it some bit more than others. I cant stand new Top Gear and don't watch it and I don't go on the thread telling everyone how awful it is. Each to their own etc I like the three amigo's growing old together.

I thought it was ok. The reason for the trip is bullst, but that's always been the case.
I've always thought that the Special episodes that they did were crap when they did them on Top Gear, and I just don't see the need to do them. This was my biggest fear...have a great opening episode but then the rest go downhill. Hopefully once these two special episodes are out of the way then things will pick up again.

I'd hate it if it wasn't predictable, it's not supposed to keep you guessing.
There's a format that works, then there is dull predictable things we've seen 100x over. It's obvious what's going to happen long before it does. Big car small street scenario has been flogged beyond death. The pickup was comfortably away from the wall when they said it close.
Accidentally not noticing they were dragging the pick up through the hut.
Last week got off to a good start and it felt they had listened and improved the show. They followed up with this st as if they are still churning out any old nonsense.
Hopefully tonight's is much better and they haven't produced two long drawn out episodes. Maybe it was the dull build up to the climax?
