Looks good, I'm sure there will be people who will come a long and moan about it, probably moaned about the last one. Said they wouldn't watch this then moan anyway.
Yep, probably about 50 forum pages worth. We know it's going to happen. Being superior and getting uppity at others for habitually moaning is just habitual moaning. Nobody learns anything, so it's just more noise that everyone has to wade through.

The Grand Tour has been 50/50 for me. Some of it has been utterly dreadful and some of it has been really good. This one looks like it could be a lot of fun, and I hope one of the good ones.
I'll watch all of them, in the hope of each one being a good one, but I don't think it is unreasonable to watch something and then say "Well that was awful" if you think it was awful, especially since we all know they can do much better. Many episodes of Top Gear and the TG Specials were some of the best TV ever made anywhere in the world.

When you say this do you not realise, it's as tedious repetitive and pointless as the thing you're 'predicting' will happen?

You mean like everyone moaning about Top Gear every week?We know it's going to happen. Being superior and getting uppity at others for habitually moaning is just habitual moaning. Nobody learns anything, so it's just more noise that everyone has to wade through.

Looks like there's plenty of cars so hopefully that means lots of content, since the last instalment felt like it was spread a little thin. As a French car fancier I am tentatively excited.
It's French cars - they don't last long enough to fill a whole episode, so they had to make lots of shorter segments with different cars to fill the time.Doofus said:

Trailer looks naff. Usual Hammond guffaws, dropping cars from the sky, blowing cars up. Add in slagging of a race of people and you’ve hit Top Gear bingo.
It’ll be rubbish.
It’ll be rubbish.
I was hoping for a panel based discussion on the merits, or otherwise, of hydrogen fueled, cross continental freight.
Gutted.
