Just watching the 1975 and my TV screen seems to have been hijacked with messages deriding this band. Did anyone else see this?
Also, just listening to Chris Martin murdering a George Michael song.

Ffs George will be spinning in his grave after that rendition. That was bloody awful.

To be fair to Chris Martin it was sung as a tribute not a cover , it was fairly dire though biggrin

It sounded like Chris Martin singing a George Michael song. What did you expect to be any different?

Not a Chris Martin fan personally, has a certain singing style that is easy not to like much. But I thought it was a good tribute.

Certainly didn't try to copy George, but who could?

The flashcards showing up during The 1975's performance wasn't a hijack - the same messages appear in their video for that song. Possibly a bit of a dig to their critics over the years...

Katie was having feedback monitor issues at the start there. She wasn't at all happy.

After 9pm too, when all channels pretty much show anything, and any swear word. Very strange to mute.

More likely his meat locker, he's still not been buried yet.

Worth watching just for the Ed Sheehan and Stormzy set.

Let's just hope Stormzy comes back to a complete front door tonight.
