Greg on top form, straight on the case when Katherine gave a little clap at Richard's halloumi cheese with chilli.

At times like this it’s great to see genuine tears of laughter

Contestant interviews! They've done stuff like the Taskmastermind videos before. This looks like it's the first of this series, with Daisy May Cooper

Daisy going to drive me nuts on this series, so far just don't find her funny at all way too forced.

The crochet rabbit was the first thing this series with the right idea for the prize task, hope the rest catch on now.

I watched my first episode ever the other week. Why have I never seen this before! God I’ve missed this in my life.

You have a treat in store catching up with the previous 9 series then!

JV on form again - fantastic bit of balloon art.

The socially distanced team task was clearly designed knowing JV would more than likely take up the umpires chair - the fact that KP & RM just thought "oh well" and let him get on with it was pretty funny hehe

Just wait until you get to the series with Bob Mortimer and Rhod Gilbert, absolute gold.

Rosalind's Song is the highlight of all series for me. First-class, gold-plated childishness.

Not warming to this series just yet. It's not bad, though the team task was strangely complicated. It's just not to the same standards as before.

The stand out for me is Mawaan though.

It’s no ‘don’t touch the red green, throw this potato in the hole’ simple, which is still one of the greatest sporting moments ever, but ...

Read a trowel, find a book, lift a doormat, get the pinhole camera, melt a candle, unlock a caravan, pull a sink. What’s complicated about that?

Is it just my imagination or is there a regular way in which they show the contestants doing the task if one of them appears to completely nail it. If shown last after the others have made a complete horlicks then it's because they have really aced the task. If shown first then the contestant is allowed to bask in a false glow of success until a later review shows "oh dear your foot momentarily touched a forbidden area. Disqualified, no points."

Such a set of sadistic bar stewards.

The prize task has been very low quality in the first two episodes. Hasn't got either show off to a good start. There have been a lot of redeeming moments though.

It feels like they've only been given the prize task ten minutes before the show, whereas in the past they would have been given a decent amount of time to come up with something. Either that, or none of them have actually seen the show before.
