I'm confused now. I took Captain Autism to be Saru, but others are saying it's Tilly.

So who is it?
The ginger girl.
Saru is the cowardly alien.

Ok watched them all now, what the hell is going on with the engineers eyes?

It's like he either wears massive glasses and takes them off for the camera or has googly eyes stuck on.

Most distracting

Leave it in NP&E, you dullard. I won’t call you what I was going to, as the last person who complained about snowflakes had my reply to him removed by the mods, because he found it offensive

Irony, much

Stamets and the doc, kissing in public, is not something senior officers do. That tips it over into shoving it down our throats.

I do think he's one of the more interesting characters though, but it's not saying much in that cast.

I'm hopeful S2 will improve.

I think what would really help is a shift back to traditional ST standalone episodes. As much as I enjoyed seeing the story develop, standalone episodes with space oddities in stick out for me in terms of the history of ST. Tribbles!

I think given the general lack of quality in the writing and plot resolution over the whole series, asking them to plot out a story that can be told and successfully concluded in 48 minutes (or whatever it is) would be stretching things way beyond their capabilities! laugh

Or...how about chill and take it as the joke it was intended to be.

Knock back a few beers, Get some sleep and cuddle someone exciting. It will all seem better in the morning, I promise.

I vaguely recall some steamy public moments. Torres and Paris in Voyager. DS9 was a hotbed for it, particularly between Dax and Wolf, should have called it Deep Sex 9" tongue out

I don't think Picard would allow any kissing on his ship at all hehe

I didn't give a damn when Spartacus had regular man on man kissing, and well as some steamy sex scenes, but I do for STD as I've said several times. There's 'let's include gay people' to tick a box, and 'let's make a story' which just so happens to include gay people. STD does the former, while Spartacus did the latter. When doctor whoever and the other gay one kissed on STD, there may as well have been a neon flashing sign in the background with a voice over from the producers showing how 'progressive' they were.
Hell, you know, I also didn't give a damn that Sulu in the movie universe is married to a guy and they have a child together.

Not liking something on screen is not always because of bigotry or homophobia or whatever.
