Yes! A very good episode! A rare thing indeed of late. The spinning wheels of the show finally gripped and shot us off a couple of hundred yards down the road at last. I think we had more plot advancement in this episode than all the rest put together so far this season.
For once Rick didn't knob up his plan and was good to see Negan squirm.

Yes the timing was superb. Bet he’s great at school fetes doing some whack a mole

He smashed right into the drivers door and should really have killed Negan outright with the impact, 1/2 second later and he’d have missed completely and looked like a right tt.

Episode synopsis for those who have come out of their coma and regained control of the remote.

1) Stupid Simon has a stupid plan, when the lights go out and the ferocious gun fire stops he thinks everyone walking into the middle of Hilltop in a big bunched up target is great idea. Stupid Rick would have been proud of that one.
2) Then the stupid kid out-stupids both of them by opening the hostage pen in a fit of sugar fuelled rage.
3) And then lots of extras wearing red underwear who we have never seen before die in a hail of biting.
4) Much navel gazing.

I’m going to have to try FTWD again, I watched half of season 1 and found it a bit crap so gave up, but from what I have been reading it seems the later seasons get really good
