I thought that when she was introduced a couple of weeks ago.

I know you can't read much from the first show, but there were a couple of routines you wouldn't have expected the celebrities to have performed that well early on.

I think Rev. Richard will provide some good comic relief along with the dancing too.

I don't think anything can be read into that tbh. I'm fairly certain that will have been chosen as a funny reference to the fact that is was clear in the opening show that Susan has a massive fan girl thing going for Kevin and she made it clear that she hoped she'd be partnered with him over any of the other dancers.

Ah, ok. Fair enough.

Blimey, Debbie McGee hasn't aged well. I thought to myself that she was looking good for her age (estimating it at around 70) and then looked up on Wikipedia and she's only 58. eek
I think it's the peroxide hair. The routine though....................bow

I think I have fell in love with Nadia...
Nadiya. And yes I agree, she's lovely.

Impressed by Debbie's legs and she danced pretty well. Aston was really good and annoyingly over-confident but is surely a shoo-in for the final already.

Rimmer was dreadful. Shame as I like him on telly.

Gemma and Molly both decent enough, wasn't very impressed with that short blokes jive that the judges loved.

Thoroughly enjoyed the show although Bruno needs to wind it in a bit, he really is starting to grate. First series in a long time that I haven't wanted anyone to leave too.

Just had to check this was about the 2017 season, he's always like that! 😁

I was trying to work out where I have seen Joe McFaddon before, because I don't watch Holby City, or anything else he has been in.

It was a dramatisation of The Crow Road by Iain Banks. Which also had an early role for Peter Capaldi.

Very faithful adaptation of the book, incidentally.

He was also in Heartbeat as well as a Scottish soap opera called Take The High Road.

His appearance hasn't changed much over the years.

Anyone else think that the new judge looks a lot like Arleen Phillips?
She 'sounds' like her too!

I wasn't paying attention (probably the last time I'll even be in the same room when it's on this series) and heard 'Arlene's' voice and looked up and saw her, but 20 years younger - Very odd!

Tess remains the worst thing about this show, trying not to let her grate on me too much this series but her saying 'Shirl' every time they go to the judges is already getting me

I was surprised that they started with the Halloween special, but Claudia was looking as hot as ever...

Charlotte's performance must be one of the worst, even allowing for it being only week 2.

Why did Brendan leave that spin in when she couldn't do it? An easier routine she could do would have been better than that mess.

Excellent routine by Aston & Janette - especially for week 2.

It seems almost accidental when Brian is in time with the music. Nice moonwalk though smile
