I think the costume dept just have a laugh at Tess' expense each week hehe
It looks like something Margo from The Good Life would have worn.

Maybe it's a tribute to Come Dancing sometime in the 70's? biggrin

My crappy TV can't cope with it, she's just appearing as a big pink blob with some arms and legs sticking out.

Beautiful Argentine tango from Debbie and appropriate music for it.

Well I enjoyed Kevin and Susan's dance - it was very sweet.

Ok, the judges made fair comments about technique and ability, but she is punching well above her weight.

I'd say that the scoring on the Pasadoblathon was a fairly accurate ranking of the contestants' abilities. Especially the bottom 4.

Pretty fair marking, thought Bruno's comments on Susan were right - she delivers a lovely performance, but hasn't got the technique to really elevate it. It's a shame as I prefer her performance to some of the more technically adept entrants.

Loved Debbie's tango, there are some good dancers in this lot. Small miracle no-one died in the Pasodoblethon.

That Paso comp didn't really work on TV I thought, it must have been a nightmare to Direct. I think it would have been better if the bottom couple had been pulled off the floor every 30 seconds.

The scoring for the Paso Thingy needed more points (ie. more than the 7 for the win) as it didn't change the order of the contestants from their scores for the main dance.

Much better choices of music this week - some of the choices in previous weeks were ridiculous and I was wondering how long it would be before we saw a waltz to Motörhead or a Charleston to Snoop Dog.

As it was surely it’s time Susan was in the dance off, and joined by either Mollie or Gemma (either of whom will go through, surely) - the rest were some way ahead tonight, with Debbie for me looking particularly good and for someone nigh on 60 she’s got a serious set of pins.

Not sure on the Pasoathon, as has been said it would have been better if the worst couple were removed at intervals until only the winners were left. Thought Joe poor in that so surprised at his marks. Anyways, better show all round than last week (other than Tess’ ridiculous outfit).
