I'm glad Chizzy is out. For some reason I find her really annoying. I just wish I could vote her out of Holby too smile

How good does Darcey look for late 40's? Very nice!

All the female professionals are very good looking - and must have amazing patience with some of their partners (I'm sure the male professionals are equally patient/supportive)! Diane is brilliant with the Reverend :-)

Susan and Kevin's salsa was so much fun. The traditional gender role switch was nice too - possibly a precursor to the rumour of a same-sex couple next season.

Brendan Cole’s doing his partner no favours whatsoever arguing with the judges and bad mouthing them on ITT too. Shirley’s swooning over Aston and Jeanette’s pot swirling move showed how irked she was with his comments, Charlotte deserves a better partner.

But I think they’ll be back next week, the chef and the rev look to be in trouble this week.

Cole has lengthy form for poor coaching of his celebrities and poor judgement with the judges. The best Charlotte can hope for is for him to suffer a twisted ankle, or worse, so she could change partners.

If only he could get over his ego and do as the succesful pros have done and choreograph for his celebrities talents and abilities instead of following his own fixed agenda and making himself look good.

No it won't, it'll just annoy people who deserve to be annoyed.

I thought I'd never watch Bake Off on C4. But I do. It's great.

I think the problem is that the demographic that Strictly primarily appeals to may well not be the same demographic that would be happy with the show going in that direction. In my experience older people seem to be less accepting. It's a high risk strategy and the BBC really needs to weigh up the political correctness vs sustainability of the show if it does choose to do this. If it were the X-Factor audience it would be less of a problem as they are probably that much younger and more accepting of sexualities other than straight.

It wouldn't worry me even though at my age (57) I'm possibly bang on the major demographic for the show. Having said that, my daughter is bi anyway.

I've got absolutely no issue with Mollie and Gemma dancing together. In fact, I think the professional dancers should do a demonstration, just to gauge interest smile
