What's going on at Radio 2?

Matt Lucas was very good yesterday, he made me laugh when he came out with something like:
"Right, we pre-recorded this montage in case I need to go for a poo half way through the show and I do really need to go for a poo right now, so er" Presses Play...

You'll then have no need to have to listen the middle of the road bilge that is Radio 2 whilst in the car.

The only thing that was ever good on Radio 2 was Radcliffe and Maconie and that moved to the mostly excellent 6Music years ago.

Ps. Steve Wright's show is utter ste. It amused me briefly as a 12 year old almost 30 years ago, but it then wore thin about 25 years ago.

How does he hang on to his gig and his generous salary?

As someone has suggested Mayos's show was the one show on the R2 daytime schedule that didn't need a refresh.

In the same way people like you tediously dole out the dull, unimaginative hatred over and over and over again on a daily basis.
It's so boring to read the same thing 10000 times over.
