Interesting to see Alex from Car Throttle on Extra Gear. He must be pushing everything he can to try and get on again, or even permanently.

His 10-20 minute videos on YouTube can get 1-3 million views and he has a massive online following.

Which makes me think there must be another reason - because they seem like something simple enough to mod for the UK market if they really wanted to sell them over here.

They could even remove them and then add 'aftermarket' canards for sale in their dealerships.

Maybe because Chevy never really intended to sell them directly in Europe? But it makes a good headline I suppose.

But all that said I really like Rory and my preference would be that he stays.

Don't get me wrong, Alex does my tits in. But he's young, has some on screen talent and would come with instant cred unlike Rory who came from almost no where (yes I know he was on YouTube before TG)

he did make the comment that the really good comics aren't really that fast. When he turned out to be quite fast I was sooooo tempted to call out:

Pretty disappointed he's off, his style of comedy and presenting fitted perfectly!

I'm hoping Jack Rix will join the TV show from the magazine, his YouTube videos for Top Gear are pretty good!
