Saw their stand at the NEC today. The cars are worse in the flesh. I was embarrassed for them.
Surely not possible.AlexRS2782 said:
Just seen a promo on Quest - evidently there's a series starting on Quest in the first week of January.
Some genuinely ropey things going on based on the promo - including building an EV as well as some weird, multi-faceted, creation of what i think used to be a Toyota Supra.
Yeah, seen these trailers as well..........it looks like they are attempting to make even more stty stuff than they done previously...........which would be some achievement indeed.....Some genuinely ropey things going on based on the promo - including building an EV as well as some weird, multi-faceted, creation of what i think used to be a Toyota Supra.

I tried to ask about some of their plans and questioned the quality of their work but it seems I have been blocked on all the social networks. When you read the comments though, they must spend ages fabricating compliments.
They are far better at fabricating compliments than fabricating components.....What did I just watch?!
A 1300 Viva - wash it - waffle endlessly - make an exhaust - prattle on - coming next - recap - show about 1 minute of actual build - get a steering wheel - fit some seventies wheels (from the eighties) and sell for £12,000.
It has to be a parallel universe - a joke - satire - surely it can't be serious?
It makes Yanni look like Leonardo da Vinci and Jeremy Kyle like the Nuremberg trials.

The whole show is such a blatant lie. A 1300 Viva - wash it - waffle endlessly - make an exhaust - prattle on - coming next - recap - show about 1 minute of actual build - get a steering wheel - fit some seventies wheels (from the eighties) and sell for £12,000.

They said what a bargain it was to pay £3k for such a rare car, even if it was a project car, yet £3k is the normal going rate for them.
The car had obviously been prepped to look like a basket case and looked like it was in great nick to start with. The exhaust was obviously a kit from Demand engineering and I think had minimal input from the 'artisans' at Goblin works ( https://www.instagram.com/p/B66VhaWArFT/ )
And then the usual 'buyer' who doesn't mind paying the most ridiculous amount of money with no questions asked.

I started watching the episode other day with the Porsche 944 Turbo but missed the last half, they were turning it into a trackday car and were looking to sell for something like £18k, did they sell it and for how much?
