New Lexus on its way with 2.0 litre hybrid between current 1.8 in Prius CH-R CT200h and 2.5 in IS300H NH300H, Camry RAV4

Ties in with Lexus current styling trend of gawping front end and no number plate

The styling on the original IS was fantastic, the chronograph dials and lest we forget, the lights that adorned many a 1.2 Punto and Fiesta 1.25 Zetec!!! The second generation IS was a fantastic car, great smooth V6 that made a lovely noise and sensible lines. The cabins were great and the technology usable and reliable.

Now we get crap four cylinder hybrids with horrendous Toyota infotainment units that look externally like Predator and Jay Leno's lovechild.

I really wanted to buy a Lexus this time, but they've really lost their way.

That's Melbourne, Australia, in the background.

Back to the car, it might look a bit less gopping if they had a little bit more texture sweeping across the maw from headlight to headlight; to put a bit more emphasis on the badge as forming that belt line.

Totally agree, loved my IS200, yes it wasn't the quickest thing but had a lovely chassis and was such a nice place to be, and as someone that loves watches the dashboard was stunning ....

Trade series
Spain

Current trade plate series for new vehicle dealers since 1999 in white on red.
The registration consists of the letter S, followed by four numerals and three letters (BBB to ZZZ).
There is a white date band at the right hand side showing the month in Roman above the year (VI June, 2015).
Note that this front plate has a different expiry date than the following rear plate.
