Darcy flashing her knickers at the start, Stacey Dooley in gym pants again and Jeanette shaking everything she had. Quality prime time entertainment again biggrin

Interesting to see everyone doing worse this week-the lack of 2 weeks practice showing perhaps? Poor old Katie Piper was as bad as she was unexpectedly good last week.

Why is the Youtube guy an idiot ?
Because smartypants is an old git and doesn't understand that YouTube is what youngsters watch these days rather than television. wink

Marking seemed all over the place, both in terms of the dances and the judges’ own comments. Praise a dance yet give it a low score, slate a dance and it gets sixes and sevens. Shirley is REALLY annoying me and SWMBO: she goes out of her way to fawn over the male celebrities yet slams the female ones and more than the other three is very erratic with her marking.

Anton’s partner really is dreadful and should be in the dance off with Gorka’s partner. Neither can dance for toffee with Gorka’s partner seemingly only getting marks out of sympathy. Should be interesting seeing who gets to the latter stages - at this early stage I think Danny, Faye, Ashley and Joe could all win it.

Well, here we go.

The opening pro dance was a bit violent wasn't it! And some guy-on-guy and girl-on-girl action too. That should have some people spitting into their Horlicks. hehe

Anton's face throughout said everything... he knew they were in the dance-off. Suzannah's "bulldog licking ps off a nettle" face said likewise.

I can't see her surviving the dance-off.

I think Anton is secretly rather relieved, tbh.

I was secretly hoping last night that Quentin lowest score was going to be finally beaten.

I notice the BBC now has a weather girl born with only one hand, Lucy Martin. But they don't seem to have any ugly weather girls; or ugly professional dancers on Strictly. You ARE on the scrapheap if you're ugly, but not disabled. Disabled is cool.

I don't think they give a st about equality, they just want people to think they do.
Plenty of ugly people have made a very good living on TV.

The first time in years that the clearly worst dancer has been the first to go. Makes a nice change.

Not only was she crap with no potential she had sod all personality too.

Indeed. If she’d done her last dance instead she’d probably have got a better score. Comfortably the worst dancer on the show, all Lee had to do was stand still to win that dance off.
