as for the dance off Graeme improved and gave a bigger performance that the dance demanded - Kate was just not quite as good imho.

I thought Lauren was a bit undermarked and has improved massively I thought faye was slightly overmarked - she lost her frame completely towards the end - although the Paso is more of a man's dance.

Jo was superb his footwork is excellent and his frame was immaculate I think he will be in the final.

Charles' was I think the best make samba I can recall for a celeb - its so difficult to get the rhythm and make it look authentic which he did brilliantly.

a good week and as an aside the British National Championships were on in blackpool last week too and a lot of the Pros and celebs popped in to see the competition which was great.
