Perhaps they should realise in future that skilled dancers are not what the viewers want to see.

The panel can't mention what the media are saying. They have to pretend the votes are based on quality of dancing, as they should be. Nobody had a problem with voting for Ashley until the Daily Mail told them to think she's smug and a professional dancer.

Shirley appears to have been looking for justification to get her off as if letting her win might be too controversial now. The result has to be fixed with negative comments from the judges to avoid accusations of a fix if she wins.

Debbie McGee really was a professional dancer who did it for a living and ran her own dance company. It was ballet, but being a ballet dancer qualifies Darcy as a judge. People still liked her because the media didn't stick its knife in to the same extent, she was well known to a wider range of people, people admired her making her own way after playing second fiddle to Paul for years and she was seen as being good for her age.

Felt a bit sorry for Charles, though he was miles better than Joe who had his weakest dance of the series and better than Lauren too who had her strongest dance of the series. As I said to my wife, if it had been a pro male dancing with Karen instead of Charles, would they have been any better?

Still, all the dances (bar Joe’s) last night were excellent and it really was tough trying to pick two for the dance off. More convinced than ever that Faye should win, she really is girl next door lovely and very natural and down to earth and I’m sure the public are seeing it that way too.

Can’t believe there’s only two weeks left *sob*!

Ashley going home?
Never , panel too biased
Ashley is a better dancer with a more complex dance. There's no need for bias.

I warmed to Charles and would rather he stayed in but he was never going to win that one.

Not sure about the costume departments job on Charles's trousers. I thought it looked like he had a beam on.

I think it's now fairly clear Ashley has the least public support - so next week whoever is against her is gone, and she'll be the first out in the final...

None of the remaining lot have been in a dance off have they?

Joe deserved to be in the dance off with that performance. If he makes the final his social media presence makes him a likely winner.
