She just seems to be one of those apprentice candidate types hell bent on making money on just about anything, not an actress as actresses dont read a script quite like someone reading kidnappers demands, and whoever filmed it caught a weird reflection in her eyes, just makes her seem slightly malevolent like she is going to ply me with Hot Chocolate and Turkish delight.
Also ticking the uncanny valley box a bit like she could malfunction like in Total Recall.
Sure she is lovely really but that advert is freaky and amateurish.

as for the show, they get a bunch of D list "celebs and unfunny comedians" to watch and comment on video of other people dating.
There is scrapping the bottom of the barrel but this has surely worn a hole in the bottom and dug a whole underneath.
