Asda.

Been mentioned already but I hadn’t seen it then, well I have now and it’s just weird, a proper WTF.

Starts with a typical mixed race advert happy family walking into Asda. Two parents and two kids. The mother is a red head wearing a light coloured coat. They’re greeted by a jovial female shop worker and then they all starting bouncing and flying around the shop while Boston’s More Than A Feeling plays.

Weirdest part is right at the end when the family is walking away from the camera and the red head mother seems to have regressed into childhood. She’s now about 2’9” and is walking like an excitable toddler who’s just filled her nappy.

Each time I see it, it feels like I’ve been smoking something strong. The room spins, people talk to me in slow motion, I’m constantly looking over both shoulders to see who’s spying on me, then I get really hungry and tuck into 4 bags of monster munch and then put my head in the toilet and flush it.

There’s one involving a BMW suv and ‘Alexa’.
And involves a young kid looking out the window stopping his Mum from having having a bit of slap and tickle with some bloke in said BMW.

But why outside your house...the kid might start asking some awkward questions.
Get a room.. ( or go somewhere quiet)

That Marc Jacobs Perfect advert with the odd looking women we know in reality wouldn't be allowed anywhere near the catwalk of a Marc Jacobs fashion show.

Most of the girls in that ad say "perfict" or even "perfick" like Pa Larkin. Why couldn't they find models who could speak English?

Oh and talking of YouTube, there seems to be a step change currently of doing TV ads ala YouTube stylie, the Ninja foody ones are particularly grating me for some reason. mad

They may well be chorusing that they're all perfect, but my guess is they're kidding themselves, they'll be full of anxiety, neurosis and self doubt. Ditto that woman that goes on about being brought up surrounded by strong women.

Either is worth more than the car that the driver has inexplicably crashed on a straight country lane with no other vehicle involved.

No good rolling those eyes. Deoxyribose is the sugar molecule in DNA which does stand for deoxyribonucleic acid.

Thank you for playing.

A new YouTube one for some earwax removal implements that shows people pulling huge, monstrous things out of a fake ear, not great when you are having a bag of NikNaks or similar biggrin

That shoe advert... Screechy kid shouting;

“Buy one... get the other half price”
Sounds like, you pay full price for the left shoe...but only pay half price for the right one.
BARGAIN!
( or is it just me)
