There can be no sleuthing because the actual winner isn't known until the broadcast of the final show, they film both "winning" and then they only know who has won when they see what ending is broadcast.
From past series they film all the tasks over a few weeks many months ago but the final decider task is usually only filmed in the last month or two.

Having watched Dragons Den that seems impossible for someone who's only been trading for 3 months so she must have Sugars backing?

Kadisha/Khadjia, however you spell it, has an agent and is taking bookings for events.
Have a look at her linkedin profile though, and you get the feeling she doesnt really have a clue what she wants to do. I dont think I've ever seen anyone with such a varied CV in such a short space of time.
