Yep the websites told the story! For info with the right influencers she can easily get to thousands of units a month very quickly. Once established with a social wave she could really fly and then introduce wraps, towels etc - great opportunity.
Can she sell 1000s a month though realistically at £50 a bikini?I know Ibiza has powers galore but £50 a bikini. I guess she does say they are reversible. Some scatty girls at Ocean who just want to meet a Conference footballer.
Is it a seasonal business?

Her timing to design a collection and get logistics sorted for the selling season is perfect. She can continue her brand “murmur” and develop her insta with Sugars connections.I know Ibiza has powers galore but £50 a bikini. I guess she does say they are reversible. I think it’ll be more of a holiday clothing brand than just swim kit though to monetise the marketing to the full.
Not the same I know but I’ve seen a Towie type wear an item on insta and sell 1500 in the same day online. Ladies like to be influenced.
I thought that it was interesting to see that previous winners seem to have become successful with his help and investment.
So on that basis alone, I feel Sian could become successful.
Mind you when you look at the Lookalike SianSwimwear website earlier, she already has competition, but then Sugar’s cash + team probably have the clout to make it happen.

I doubt it...but...with the rise of instagram and the 'dubai' (nudge nudge) 'models', it could well be that oil money will make this business surge, and now she has sugar sugar as a pole to vault hr over competitors, she may be onto a thingI know Ibiza has powers galore but £50 a bikini. It's no doubt something, SUgar is aware of

I think Camilla simply priced herself out of contention.
A supermarket isn't going to stock a 250ml (or whatever it was) carton of nut milk for £3.50.
She'd have been selling to a handful of niche indie vegan shops in London & Brighton if she was lucky.
I agree. The pricing is wrong and I'm not sure she has her target market defined well enough. If she's going after others like her that have a lactose intolerance, there are already plenty of options on the market. The almond milk market has grown enormously but brands like Almond Breeze and Alpro are already well-positioned and established.A supermarket isn't going to stock a 250ml (or whatever it was) carton of nut milk for £3.50.

If she's after the healthy, grab-and-go market, it's crowded already with plenty of healthy, active and protein offerings (UFit, For Goodness Shakes etc although these are whey-based drinks). I *think* I could see her products sitting alongside Alpro, UFit and For Goodness Shakes in the supermarket chiller but her price is still too high and the protein drinks do tend to be bigger portions and still slightly cheaper than M+lkPlus. My local Coop has been doing an offer on UFit at £1 a bottle (250ml I think), for example.
Given all the time since filming ended, it's worrying to see so little on the mylkplus website: only 1 flavour (salted caramel, so unlikely to be used in your tea or on your cereal), only 2 recipes and very specific buyer imagery and content. It looks like Camilla is just targeting herself.
And after all the guff about higher (15%) nut content as a USP, the current product breakdown is here: https://www.mylkplus.com/shop/salted-honeycomb-haz... (scroll down past the sassy pictures). 6% nut content.

.
£11 plus £2 delivery, and if you order today it won't arrive until the New Year. I like how it's described as 'limited edition'... She'll probably sell more mugs and tshirts..
Looks like a hobby rather than a business. And the website is horrible...
Well it’s over now.
We now need to wait until the next series to discover the following:
1) who is in it
2) what the tasks will be
3) who will win and who will lose the tasks
4) what the finalist’s business plans will be
5) how they will perform in the interviews
6) relationships to alumni
7) what tussels and fights will ensue from living together and being competitive
8) whether or not nudity will make an appearance (it is certainly going that way with the later start time and watershed being put back in 3019
9) who will win the investment
Cheers!
