No spoilers but the next big storyline is where the comic ended too.

Feel free to Spoiler filter the answer;
When did the comics end and has the series covered all the storylines in the comics or are there baddies or story arcs that the series have missed?
There are characters in the program that weren't in the comic, the biggest being Daryl! Most of the storylines are similar, some of the comic characters die in different storylines to their live counterparts and vice versa. Some of the big stories were the same - Carl getting shot in the eye, Alexandria, Negan killing Glenn etc. The stormtroopers are members of the security/police section from the Commonwealth, a city sized group of survivors of whom Stephanie (Eugene's radio buddy) belongs to. They manage to get the zombies under control and almost normal life returns as the story ends.

Looks like I'm going have to revert to "ahem" covert downloads to watch it. I'm certainly not paying for another service. I've already got Sky, Netflix and Prime.

I've recently discovered Black Summer on Netflix which is supposedly a prequel series like FTWD to ZNation. Starts off promising but then unfortunately descends back into the usual run, hide and seek games. It does however show stupidly atheletic zombies and people turning in seconds....
I watched all episodes of Z Nation, am I sad to say I enjoyed all 5 series. biggrin

Changed my mind, I've cancelled Prime for Disney+, once I've seen all episodes, I'll cancel it.

There was closure with the comic, hopefully they do the story justice on the main show.

I can no longer watch it from "unauthorised" sources as all my old file sharing sites have been closed down.
