Xmas morning, up, cup of tea, light the fire, first thing whilst missus starts the lunch prep, me and my (now 11 yrs) daughter, stick Trading Places on! Every year!! Still cracks me up, and they'd never be allowed to make it today! Recorded in HD already in Sky!!
"Billy Ray Valentine, Capricorn!"
Jamie Lee-Curtis "Billy Ray Valentine, Capricorn!"
Well, if all the best stuff is what you've all listed so far there's little point in switching the TV on at all (little new there). Is this really the best that all the channels can come up with ?
I might have to seek out the truly funny bits somewhere else - MASH or Cheers, Benny Hill, Till Death us do part, Wallace & Gromit, Bread etc etc

Disappointed Flight of the Navigator isn’t on at Christmas these days
It was on the other day! Edited by juggsy on Sunday 23 December 21:10
How many times do they have to repeat a film or TV programme within the space of a week?. Santa Claus the Movie, Elf and the Grinch (btw why do they call it How the Grinch Stole Christmas rather than "The Grinch"?) were shown a few days ago and are being shown again?. Do the other ITV channels not count them as repeats because they should be as they're being shown by the same network channel, or are the ITV3/4 independent from ITV. Same with Channel 4 and it's plus 4 and More4 siblings, repeats of Christmas Father Ted's and other programmes shown on the regular Channel 4. Even the Sky Cinema channels just show the same films over and over; The Terminator films were shown this morning and are shown again tonight - why?, and why show violent films like that during the day?. Simple answer is they don't want to put out additional films and shows, yet charge us a fortune for each channel or make us pay for a TV license. When there were only 4 terrestrial channels and only 3 Sky Movie channels (not this Sky Cinema Christmas, Sky Cinema Star Wars, Sky Action, Sky SciFi, etc etc), they showed a larger range of films. Just another way of fleecing the gullible public into paying more for less.

Quite enjoyed Click and Collect tonight. Fine for slumping on the sofa in front of, with a glass, after a bunch of preparations for tomorrow.
Yeahh that was OK, better than King Gary. Im not huge into telly, the wife is so she's been thumbing the TV Times and setting loads to record, sometimes she'll find something that I'll also like, however I don't go looking.
