Oh, the handbrake failed. There's an unexpected twist to this adventure.

I think it was genuine. All they had were internal shots.... Planned they would have some externals..

Were you visited by 3 ghosts this Christmas?

And one of them hit me with a toaster.

Aye this should be no surprise to anyone but I really think these specials miss a huge opportunity to spend 15-20mins of the show explaining how the vehicles are modified to survive these trips. Preferably without the stupid a-team montage.

Taking a 106 across Nepal could be genuinely interesting but this is just background noise at best.
You don't understand that nobody cares about our interest, do you?

Took that at face value. Didn't overthink it. Really enjoyed it. Much more engaging than the latest episode of TGT.

1000x better than the latest TGT 'special'.

Wasted a great car which would have made it to the end all for the sake of putting a rock (of which there were a few lying around) behind a wheel!

Still want a R4, shame as that one looked good. My sisters first car was an R5, a very early one, and had the dashboard mounted gearshift. Slow as hell and full of character.

Quite a cool little car. Don’t want one though.

What a great idea, some lingering shots of the spark plugs and in depth testing of air filters. Maybe some close ups of the off road tyres as well.

Monkey seems more included this episode, the team work well. Nothing new just same same but good stuff.

I enjoyed it, my only criticism is the best come-back alleged stand-up comedian Paddy McGuinness could come up with was "Shut up, prick"

Well I was disgusted. As a previous 106 Rallye owner, it hurt to see them fk that one up in the name of entertainment. Not many left, even less now.
