Some of it was a bit daft, but plenty of laugh out loud moments, and it’s Sunday night messing about with cars.

I’m happy...

That was poor start to the season. The Ferrari piece was okay, but the rest was puerile bilge.

Top Gear at its worst.

As light entertainment, pretty enjoyable. Good chemistry between the lads, and relatable to a lot,of the audience. No star is any car - good. Enjoyed the Ferrari bit too - beautifully shot.

Sustromming inside a car is suicide!

I believe it’s generally opened underwater in a bucket due to the initial smell!

Yay, racing up a car park - no one will be tempted to try that out.
Yep because no one will have done it before now....

This is how 40-50 year olds typically behave?
Sometimes you just have to be a kid again once work/wife/kids are away.
We take life too seriously so it’s nice to let loose on occasion

That was effing funny.

I do a few weekends away with a group of 40-50 year olds....and it’s very much like a group of 17 year olds. But 17 year olds from the 80s.

And....this is the sign of a good TG episode....it makes me feel going for a spirited drive right now.

But might look at the Tesla configurator first.

Like the new bunch and try not to be a 'Its not the saaaame' moaner. But found it abit meh, the 24hr thing didnt work for me and not really arsed about a very quick and over complicated Ferrari (Looked better in grey than red though) Volvo was lovely..until it got covered in Piss and coke then stuffed into a tyre wall.

Some good stuff coming up though... looking forward to F40/XJ220/Diablo episode thumbup

Worst Top Gear episode of all time? I can't remember a worse one. Complete crap.
Other than the Ferrari feature, it wasn’t great.

Haven't watched Top Gear since the first episode with Chris Evans and only caught this by accident but thought I'd see what it's like now. Drive in great idea. Rest of the episode like being caught on a flight with a stag do. Awful 'laddish' behaviour which was really cringey, and all just a bit northern for me. I actually thought Chris on his own reviewing the Ferrari was good though, but won't bother tuning in again.

India special? I mean, that’s got to be the benchmark hasn’t it?

If they made it an hour of Chris Harris they’d be on to a winner. Was not a great start so hopefully it can only get better.
