I don't think he's been misinformed at all, he just simply made it up. I'm not entirely sure why anyway with an ounce of common sense would think people just hand over their cars to be thrashed without a care in the world.

We had an agreed value on the insurance policy for the shoot if there was a total loss or damage and they even bought me a new set of tires at the end. Like I said, they were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process. I always watch TG, in the hope each episode will be decent.

On Dave at the moment, Harris, Flintoff and Paddy are racing 4x4s round a quarry. I swear I've never seen this episode before.

The same thing happened yesterday, and now I can't even remember what that one was about.

I conclude that these three are just forgettable.

Controversially, I think Paddy is far, far better than Flintoff.

A good episode, trialling looks great fun and good to see a big variety of participants.

It's the first episode of the series that's actually felt like an episode of Top Gear. It's like they saved all the best bits for last.
