Men Behaving Badly on Amazon…watch from series 2 when Harry Enfield was replaced by Neil Morrisey, bloody brilliant casting all round and great lines.

Almost finished rewatching My Name is Earl on Disney+. Almost as funny now as the first time, just my humour, although it does tail off a bit in the final season. Crabman’s a legend!

I’m thinking of rewatching The Wire again, but worried it might spoil my memory of it being the greatest TV ever.

I’ll always watch a Columbo if I’ve got an idle Sunday afternoon, sadly Ch5 edits miss quite a bit of stuff out. Worth watching just for 70s luxury Euro cars in LA. I’m sure the producers must have had a deal with an importer or dealer as there’s some real exotica crops up.

Due to a random Facebook video that popped up, I recently watched the last ever episode of Dungeons and Dragons (which I had missed in the 80s)

It gave me some closure after 30 odd years, but I'm not sure I can (should?) spare the time to rewatch the entire run of them.

Never seen it before, but just done the whole of Brooklyn 99 over the past couple of weeks.

Very funny in places but the last Series (#8) was pretty poor. I can see why they laid it to rest

Crown Court on TalkingPictures TV. Added enjoyment of recognising a few well known actors in their early roles.
John Barron was an excellent judge.

Just started watching Londons Burning on UKTvPlay. Prime time Sunday night viewing back in the 80’s/90’s. About 14 series to get through.
London burning was excellent.

Talking of Neil Pearson, between the lines and drop the dead donkey. Would happily watch these again.
Drop the Dead Donkey is available to stream on All4.
Magic, thanks.

I discovered All4 has all seasons of Spin City. This was one of my favourite shows when I was in my late teens.

It's still really funny and has aged well. Stuart Bondeks character wouldn't fly today with the easily offended crowd though.

I think its strength is that whilst clearly Michael J Fox is the lead pretty much all characters have equal billing and their own comedic traits. Some scenes had me in stitches the first time and on this viewing even though I know what's coming it still cracks me up.

Such a shame to see MJF start to show signs of Parkinsons as the seasons progress and ultimately have to be replaced. Always seemed like such a good guy.

Also, Connie Britton cloud9

I recently watched the wire for the first time. I dont think it's quite worthy of the status it's given but I really enjoyed it.

Have just completed Hill Street Blues , an age before wokism. Some one liners that’d get you banned from facebook and twitter and have a lynch mob camped outside your house now.
Can understand why the plug was pulled as the stories ran out but it was a good watch.
It was riddled with wokism by 80s standards; womens rights, treating rape victims as something other than slappers asking for it, gay people who don't come to bad ends, addicts who recover and become productive members of society. I keep meaning to try out St Elsewhere as it was made by the same people.

When Dorothy has her appendix removed and Gary goes round the flat in her wheelchair making out he's in Formula 1 is fking hilarious!!

Loved drop the dead donkey, but how well has it aged? I remember it being fairly topical, and wasn't there a vocal only bit that recorded that week so referenced stories in the news at the time?

Obviously depends on the type of humour you like, but I would definitely recommend My Name is Earl.

I am watching Desperate Housewives for the first time since it was broadcast. Very fun and melodramatic.

Lots of nice cars on display, Gabi alone has so far been through two Maseratis and an Aston Martin in one year (the driver is nice to look at too, just ask John Rowland).
Also a younger Eva Longoria smile

Still going through The Professionals - CI5.

I was too young to watch and understand the first three series, maybe all of them, and I don't remember watching any of them!
For some reason I disliked Lewis Collins, and his character. I don't know why, maybe it was because I read something about him being a wife beater!?

Anyhoo, he is such a good actor and really funny in it! He out acts Shaw and Jackson and you can see him and Shaw had so much fun, it was a shame Shaw blocked repeats.

Also, the Capri that Shaw (Doyle) drives only comes into it in the fourth series. I would have thought the RS2000 would be the one everyone was after!

I started on the more gritty NYPD Blue last night.
Really enjoy watching Dennis Franz as both Buntz and Sipowicz.
I'm watching NYPD Blue at the moment. It's very good & agree that Franz is excellent.

There are 12 Seasons/261 Episodes & I'm upto S2, E7. I've a long way to go.
Another thumbs up for NYPD Blue from me, currently watching it yet again on Disney.

As something completely different i can also recommend Boston Legal.
